opticangel.com return policy lasts 60 days. After receiving your product if you are unsatisfied after 60 days please follow these guidelines in order to receive a Return/Refund.
We are happy to free refund or exchange any unopened, undamaged, and unexpired contact lenses within 60 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on made to order lenses.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If you are unsatisfied for whatever reason, please contact our 24-hour support staff at [email protected] to receive the return address.
Once a product has been returned, as soon as it is delivered to the return address a full refund will be processed.
If an order consists of two or more products but the customer wants to return only one of the products, please contact our 24-hour support staff at [email protected] to receive the return address.
Once a product has been returned, as soon as it is delivered to the return address a Partial Refund will be processed for the amount of the product.
Once a product is returned and accepted at the return address the customer will be fully refunded, funds may take up to 2-3 business days to appear in your bank account.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and you will be given the return address to send your product to.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
